Love to assist with the next conference if possible.
The organizers deserve serious praise for their decisions in how the symposium was put together. Salute! It was very friendly in terms of how much info arrived each day and how it was delivered and how long it lasted. I imagine that conferences in COVID would be analog bad, but online; SAG demonstrated a future for get-togethers that is more than redeemable. I sing the praises of those behind the scene. This was a brilliant showing.
Likewise from me. I am really impressed with how smoothly the whole conference ran. This is, no doubt, the result of lots of committed, hardworking and talented people working behind the scenes. Bravo to you all.
Hi Everyone. Thank you for a terrific gathering. I was going to join you all this Sunday morning but I have been unexpectedly (and disappointingly) called away. If I cannot make it back in time for the scones, Keynote and reflections session, enjoy the remainder of the conference. Full of appreciation to the organising committee – you have produced an amazing result in extremely difficult circumstances (other conferences that I was to present at this year have simply been cancelled). Looking forward to the next Australian Gastronomy conference!
