The Symposium of Australian Gastronomy aims to stimulate conversation, research and collaboration on the history, culture, production, education and science of food and drink.

It is a non-profit, volunteer-run, community group that organises a symposium every year or two, and relies on the support of grants, sponsorship and philanthropic funding. 

We look forward to gathering at the next symposium in Launceston in 2024!
