Like many events (including ours) Brisbane's Le Festival has been pushed around by COVID.
It was to be celebrating its tenth anniversary this weekend.
So here's a shout at for them, in solidarity for long suffering event committees !
Le Festival have just kicked off a week of cultural webinars and some are right up our francophillic , gastronomic and oenological alleys.
Tuesdays sessions in particular are all about food.
Let's face it, none of us are flying off to France to eat anytime soon.
We can Storm this Brisbane Bastille for a little taste instead.
I believe there will be replays available for the webinars if you register. https://lefestival.com.au/products/cultural-webinars/
Within our Symposium you'll find a little bit of French, on Saturday mornings "Let Them Eat Cake" ( please have a piece of cake available when watching, yes, do it) and on Wednesday with @Jacqueline Dutton talking Rosé.
I know some of us are flat out keeping up with all this wonderful content right here in our Symposium, and that of the OSFC too , but if you don't go you'll never know.
And some of you are locked down and need the diversion... Cheers TP
